THE ARCHITECTURE
Powerful architecture and vivid details
Holscher Nordberg Arkitekter has designet Organistens Hus as an open housing block in red tiles with varied red shades – and with an architectural significant tower on top. The tower has white aluminum facings and staggered balconies which make Organistens Hus a catchy landmark in the vibrant town area.
Along with the tower, brick recess details and different colored joints between the red tiles in the lower part of the building make Organistens Hus alive and unique. All the apartments either have French balconies, roof top terraces or ordinary balconies overviewing the area, Ørestad – and even peeks to Øresund from some of the rentals.
The groundfloor apartments have bays towards Ørestad Boulevard, almost adding an extra bright and private room to the home.
