THE ARCHITECTURE
Pure lines and delicate shades
Laxnesshus is designet by Holscher Nordberg Arkitekter and is created in dark grey tiles with unique details around windows and doors. Glazed tiles shaded on selected sections generate an elegant intensity on the façades with mat and glossy areas.
All the rentals either have French or ordinary balconies, and the ground floor apartments are created with unique deep window frames formed as benches, French balconies or planting beds.
The cozy courtyard in the middle of Laxnesshus offers relaxing zones, plants and paths in different levels, perfect for playing with the children og meeting up with the neighbors.
On the roof of Laxnesshus, 3 stories up, the large shared roof top terrace with a unique orangery encourages relaxing sheltered occasions, surrounded by the nearby buildings and the vibrant city below. A very special urban spot.
